We offer 30-day money back guarantee for all Keyword Tool Pro and Keyword Tool API plans.

It means that you can request a refund at any time within 30 days after the first purchase.

Here is what you need to do to get a refund:

When the message is processed, our customer support team will:

  1. Cancel the future recurring payments for the corresponding subscription on your card

  2. Issue an immediate refund for your payment

  3. Revoke your access to the paid Keyword Tool subscription

  4. Send you a message confirming that the refund has been processed.

Few things to note:

  • We offer refunds only for 30 days after your first payment has been made

  • Refund can only be issued to the same card that was used to make the original payment

  • After the refund has been issued, it can take a few business days for it to be reflected on your card (which depends on your card issuer and is out of our control).
